Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations: We ship our products across India.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping on Website. If you want International Shipping kindly contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders PAN India.

Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking ID provided in the email.

Shipping Partner: We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Only if products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition, and subject to the following terms

Non-Returnable Items: Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Sacred Rasa. Sacred Rasa holds the right to reject a return request if required after examination of the reason.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [namaste.sacredrasa@gmail.com].

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong article is delievered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [namaste.sacredrasa@gmail.com] with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
